**About the Role:** The CBRE Accounting Senior Director – InvestorPortfolio Management, is a critical, senior leadership role focused on managementof accounting relationships and delivery on the contractual obligations of the client. This includes leading everyday accountingexcellence across the portfolio, focusing on quality, efficiency, integration,and cost, with direct oversight of accounting staff and indirect oversight andinfluence over process enablers on the Account. This visible leader willeffectively balance between achieving the strategy, developing talent,financial accountability, and operational efficiency of the accounting platform. This senior leadership rolewill be client facing and coordinate significantly with operational decisionmakers within the office portfolio team and our executive team. They will leadthe on\-going accounting strategy, client relationships, transformation adoptionfor the office portfolio, and profitability growth on the Account.
