We are seeking an **enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable Medical Assistant** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, comfortable working in a busy clinical environment, and committed to providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities include: * Telephone triage and patient communication * Assisting providers with clinical duties * Processing prescription refill requests * Coordinating outgoing referrals * Scheduling patients * Obtaining medication and procedure prior authorizations * Documenting and completing tasks within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) **Qualifications:** * Completion of a Medical Assistant program is required * Comfortable using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Dependable, professional, and team\-oriented * Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a clinical setting This position requires **weekly rotation between our Southside and CalAllen locations**.
