Description: The Facilities Director is under the direction of the Casino General Manager/Lead Floor Manager. The Facilities Director oversees the Facilities Department, which consists of building maintenance, landscaping, janitorial maintenance, company vehicles, and shipping and receiving. Facilities oversees all these areas at Casino, Hotel, Event Center, and Wild River. They are responsible for cooperating with all departments, assisting in all areas of maintenance, repairs, and set\-up for special events. Maintain good working relationships with other management and ensure all objectives are met. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Establish goals, direction, and vision in the overall preventative maintenance and necessary replacement of end\-of\-life building support equipment. * Develop and maintain the Facilities' operating budgets in the areas of maintenance, grounds, capital expense requests, cleaning supplies/outside services, and shipping/receiving. * Direct the development, implementation, and assessment of Facilities policies and operational procedures. * Coordinate the communication of operational procedures to the Facilities team and casino departments. * Hire, ...
