**Position Summary** The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization to support manufacturing, service, and customer fulfillment operations. This role serves as a key link between Production, Procurement, Quality, Inventory, and Service to ensure materials and finished goods are received, stored, tracked, and shipped accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment where priorities may shift based on customer demand and operational requirements. **Key Responsibilities** **Shipping, Receiving \& Fulfillment** * Coordinate domestic and international shipments of instruments, consumables, spare parts, and service\-related materials. * Prepare shipping documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, export paperwork, and carrier documentation. * Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and logistics providers. * Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or issues to internal stakeholders. * Ensure products are packaged and labeled according to company and customer requirements. * Support on\-time...
