**Job Summary** Saxum Real Estate, a diversified real estate investment and development firm with a national footprint and a portfolio in excess of $3\.4B in capitalization, is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented real estate professional to serve as Senior Accountant in our Summit, NJ office. You will be a vital member of our finance and accounting team and will be responsible for collaborating with our construction team to assist with verifying and processing of monthly development and construction requisitions and all associated documentation.
