JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J\-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war\-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges. **JOB DUTIES \- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** Working independently from the supervisor, the incumbent must be proficient in multiple maintenance trades (i.e. electrical, mechanical/HVAC, structural, carpentry and/or plumbing assemblies) with high\-level skills and knowledge to effectively complete repairs of facilities, machinery, mechanical equipment and other related subsystems. Work is performed in accordance with pertinent guides and regulations of the trade. * Technical Lead and mentor over a section of maintenance trades specialists and general maintenance workers. * Schedule work (preventative Maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), installs \& projects) for Site Support shop. * Prepare, review and update Local Work Cards and Lock Out Tag Out procedures for a...
