**Resort Management \& Consulting Group (RMCG)** is seeking an experienced, hands\-on **Assistant General Manager** to assist with the overall operation of a timeshare resort. The Assistant General Manager works closely with the General Manager and plays an integral role in daily resort operations, employee leadership, owner and guest satisfaction, property standards, financial administration, and compliance with established policies and procedures. We are looking for a hospitality professional who is organized, dependable, detail\-oriented, and comfortable taking an active role throughout the property.
