**FINANCE MANAGER** Location: Greater Cleveland Ohio Job Type: Full\-Time, Flexible Reports to: CEO and close partnerships across the business **EXECUTIVE SUMMARY** Fish Furniture seeks a hands\-on accounting professional who can keep accurate books and turn financial data into better business decisions. Working closely with the owner, and across the business, this person will own daily accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, payments, and cash forecasting. They will explain what changed, why it changed, and what management should do next. The right candidate combines strong QuickBooks Online skills with financial judgment, effective use of computer systems, and a consistent focus on profitability and cash flow. **ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL CONTROLS** * Own day\-to\-day QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, and GL entries and records**.** * Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, merchant settlements, customer deposits, and relevant retail system balances.
