**The Opportunity: Lead Shifts. Own the Supply Line.** We are looking for a detail\-driven **Shift Leader \& Inventory Control Coordinator**. As a Coordinator in our Restaurant, you will lead operational shifts on the floor while taking ownership of one high\-impact responsibility that supports our Directors: **Physical Inventory \& Stock Rotation.** A high\-volume restaurant moves thousands of pounds of food and paper goods every week. You will be the boots\-on\-the\-ground leader who ensures every case is accounted for, rotated properly, and stored where it belongs. **What You Will Own (Your Focus Area):** * **Truck Receiving \& Invoice Verification:** Stand on the dock during vendor deliveries to physically inspect and count incoming cases against the invoice, immediately flagging damaged or shorted items for the Director. * **Daily High\-Variance Counts:** Execute daily physical counts of key proteins, oils, and paper goods so our inventory logs stay 100% accurate. * **FIFO \& Inventory Organization:** Audit the walk\-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage daily—making sure older product is physically rotated to the front, boxes are labeled, and shelves stay neat and accessible. *...
