Responsibilities: HazTek is seeking a **Safety Professional in New Brunswick, NJ** to support construction activities on an active project site. This individual will work closely with the project superintendent and subcontractors to coordinate daily safety activities, review high\-risk work, and promote compliance with the project safety plan. **Responsibilities:*** Review job hazard analyses (JHAs), pre\-task plans, and high\-risk work permits; walk down work areas with project personnel * Conduct regular site inspections, document safety observations, and follow up on corrective actions * Verify subcontractor safety submittals, training records, and equipment inspections * Lead weekly toolbox talks and support site safety observation and recognition programs * Assist with incident investigations, reporting, and follow\-up * Maintain safety records, including JHAs, permits, inspections, SDS, toolbox talks, and safety metrics Qualifications: **Qualifications:*** Construction safety experience and the ability to work effectively with field crews and project leadership * CHST, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and NFPA 70E * OSHA 510 preferred * Scaffolding, confined space, fall protection, an...
