**HOTEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **ABOUT THE ROLE:** As a Night Auditor, you are the essential anchor of our overnight operations (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM), blending warm guest service with financial precision. You will handle late\-night arrivals, maintain property safety, and run the daily audit to balance transactions and generate key operational reports. If you are an independent problem solver and a detail\-oriented night owl, this empowered role is the perfect fit. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Check guests in and out of the hotel. Make future reservations when necessary * Complete the daily night audit process and finalize all transactions * Process, fold, and stage overnight laundry to keep linen inventory stocked for the morning shift * Post necessary charges to guest accounts, and administer hotel guest payment policies * Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest special requests * Communicate hotel facilities and services to guests at check\-in * Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities * Responsible for maintaining hotel key security system * Know hotel emergency procedures * Read and communicate clearly * Process credit card transactions * Create and/or print ...
