We place reliable 1099 drivers with retail stores and auto parts companies. We have an active office, website, and existing clients. Everything is set up \- we need a partner to help manage and grow. The Opportunity: I am the owner looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to become my managing partner. You will work directly with me. Your Responsibilities: \- Manage and dispatch 1099 drivers daily \- Maintain strong relationships with retail and auto parts clients \- Recruit and onboard new drivers \- Handle daily operations (hybrid schedule) \- Help grow revenue and improve systems Compensation: \- 40% / 60% Net Profit Split \- After we pay ALL expenses (all drivers, all bills, insurance, software, etc.), we split the remaining profit 40% for you / 60% for m...
