**ABOUT THE ROLE** **Location:** LA Market **Status:** Full\-time On site **Compensation:** $70,000\-$80,000 annually **Position Summary:** The Kith Facility Manager acts in partnership and under the guidance of the Head of Security, General Manager, or Kith HQ business partners on overall security responsibilities. The Facility Manager is imperative in the store’s overall operations, as they provide direction and guidance to the Security team(s) within their assigned market(s). The individual is professional, aware, and detail oriented, while remaining attentive to the business needs within their market(s). Ensuring the safety of store staff and customers through diligent monitoring of the sales floor and entrance(s). They will be responsible for hiring, training and developing Security personnel to ensure they meet all company standards. The Facility Manager will serve as the point of contact for any vendors or service providers which may include but are not limited to third\-party agencies and repair \& facilities service companies.
