**JOB SUMMARY** We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for strategic sourcing and procurement of raw materials and finished goods, materials planning and inventory management, logistics, and production scheduling within a manufacturing and multi\-site distribution company. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure a seamless flow of materials and finished goods to meet business objectives and customer demands. **PRINCIPLE DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES** **Strategic Sourcing \& Procurement** * Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials and finished goods to ensure cost\-effectiveness, quality, and supplier reliability. * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring long\-term partnerships that support business needs. * Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and lead times.
