Job Title: Restaurant General Manager Location: carmel valley 92127 Salary: $70,000 / year Base Earning Potential: Up to $80,000 / year (with up to $10,000 in performance\-based bonuses) Position Type: Full\-Time (Minimum 50 hours per week) About the Role: We are a fast\-paced, high\-volume restaurant concept with a hyper\-focused, simple menu. We are seeking a hands\-on, high\-urgency General Manager to take complete ownership of operations, staff development, and financial performance. This is not an "office job." We are looking for an operational leader who leads from the front, commands the kitchen line during peak rushes, and actively manages shift labor to protect the restaurant's bottom line. What We Offer: Competitive Base Salary: $70,000/year. Bonus Structure: Up to $10,000 annually based on hitting clear food cost, labor, and quality targets.
