### **Overview:** The Community Liaison will represent a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training school by building and maintaining strategic partnerships with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) across California. This role is also responsible for identifying and recruiting Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) who meet California Department of Public Health (CDPH) requirements to serve as clinical instructors for the program. The ideal candidate is results\-driven, knowledgeable about healthcare education and SNF operations, and possesses strong communication and networking skills. ### **Key Responsibilities:** **Clinical Site Development:** * Identify, contact, and develop partnerships with SNFs to serve as clinical rotation sites for CNA students. * Ensure all clinical partner sites meet CDPH and school accreditation standards. * Coordinate agreements and documentation with SNFs, while maintaining regulatory compliance. * Schedule and confirm clinical rotation placements in collaboration with the program coordinator. **LVN Instructor Recruitment:** * Actively recruit qualified LVNs who meet CDPH criteria to serve as clinical instructors. * Maintain a pool of potential instructors ...
