**Job description** The Project Manager: This position acts as the single point of contact for customers during project execution and is responsible for the successful completion of projects for the organization. The role will be to control project scopes, create and maintain project timelines, track labor needs, material needs, construction schedules, and work closely with several functional teams to ensure projects are completed with good quality and on schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Clarify requirements, track project performance, ensure full scope delivery on time and within budget. * Develop comprehensive and/or high\-level project plans to be shared with internal teams, vendors, and customers. * Coordinate and supervise dispersed project team. * Monitor project issues, scope changes, risks and milestones providing confident and honest project progress evaluation to internal teams and customers. * Remove project roadblocks and creatively assist in conflict resolution to improve team productivity and overall project delivery. * Report on project and portfolio progress on a weekly or as needed basis. * Assist in verifying projects are being completed to drawings/specification...
