Eaton’s IS AER MSD division is currently seeking a Integrated Program Team (IPT) Lead to lead our Life Support product group. This role is based at our Orchard Park, NY facility. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 \- $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **Job Summary:** ---------------- **Eaton’s Mission Systems Division is currently seeking an Integrated Program Team (IPT) Director.** This position is based at our Orchard Park, NY location. Within the MSD Business structure there are 8\+ Value Streams or Integrated Product Teams. This role will be responsible for defining and executing portfolio strategy, developing the annual business plan and associated investment strategy, and managing the business to meet or exceed the plan while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
