Reporting to the AML Compliance Manager \- you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations and for reporting and filing required federal and state gaming forms. * Adheres to and utilizes a compliance program to ensure the Company is complying with internal procedures and published regulatory requirements * Ensures timely retrieval, review, completion, and filing for all regulatory related forms and reports, specifically related to Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act * The issue, track, and follow up on all Compliance exception reports * Maintains a working knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal gaming and * anti\-money laundering regulations * Comply with departmental document retention policies and procedures * Support the Company’s policies and procedures; make appropriate recommendations * Serves as a resource for Operations in addressing compliance issues * Conduct due\-diligence investigations and suspicious activity analysis * Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for compliance issues * Other duties as assigned * Must be 21 years of age or older * At least 2 – 3 years of experie...
