We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and hands\-on Cottage Care Director (CCD) to lead our Memory Care neighborhood. This is an opportunity for an LPN or CMT who combines strong clinical knowledge with a genuine passion for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of cognitive impairment. The Cottage Care Director serves as both a clinical resource and people leader, overseeing the memory cottage care team while helping create a residential environment centered around dignity, familiarity, engagement, safety, and individualized care.
