This role is instrumental in driving contract performance, ensuring mission readiness, and managing field operations in a remote, classified setting. The Operations Manager works closely with the Program Manager and oversees daily operational activities across multiple functional areas including mechanical, electrical, custodial, and security escort support. This role serves as the PM’s senior operational designee and ensures uninterrupted contract support in their absence.
