Description

We’re seeking a District Manager to join our team to lead at least 15 store teams across the assigned area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Drive the success and profitability of stores while ensuring outstanding customer service and a safe, compliant work environment * Oversee the execution of merchandising, operations, and expense control programs * Lead, coach, and mentor store managers to meet and exceed business objectives * Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, promoting teamwork and open communication * Source, recruit, hire, and develop store managers within the district to build a high\-performing team * Drive sales, profitability, and expense management to meet company goals, as well as develop and fulfill short\- and long\-term objectives * Implement established processes and programs, ensuring operational consistency across the district * Promote a culture of safety and compliance, conducting regular audits as needed * Manage operational budgets and optimize store performance * Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders...
