**Superintendent, Freeport, NY** Full\-time \| $28 to $30 per hour, plus approved overtime, merit bonus eligibility, and a rent\-free 2\-bedroom on\-site apartment Reports to: Portfolio Maintenance Manager **Overview** Georgica Property Management is seeking a full\-time, live\-in Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of an affordable residential community in Freeport, NY. The Superintendent is responsible for keeping the building safe, clean, and inspection\-ready, turning vacant units, and responding to resident service requests and emergencies. The ideal candidate has hands\-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, works well independently, and manages time well. The Superintendent works under the direction of the Portfolio Maintenance Manager, who oversees maintenance operations across Georgica’s portfolio. On\-site residency is a condition of employment.
