We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant II (CAM) to join our Financial team at our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. **What You’ll Do:** * Perform assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities in accordance with the established close calendar. * Prepare timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations; investigate reconciling items and monitor outstanding items through resolution. * Perform monthly variance analysis of assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts and prepare concise explanations for management review. * Prepare and review CAM, operating expense, real estate tax, insurance, and other landlord reconciliations; compare billings to lease terms, prior accruals, and amounts paid. * Research CAM and lease discrepancies and coordinate with Real Estate, Accounts Payable, and landlords to resolve differences. * Prepare journal entries and adjustments resulting from CAM r...
