**Essential Duties \& Responsibilities:** Work with Packaging Teams to develop a safe work environment and train employees to work safely while adhering to all safety policies and guidelines. * Maintain a strong focus on employee safety, product quality, labor efficiency, materials flow, training \& meeting high\-volume daily production targets under a 24/7 operation scheme. * Promote continuous improvement efforts and training programs aimed at achieving positive trends in performance KPIs. KPIs include safety, quality, manufacturing performance and overall financial performance. * Lead manufacturing teams in plant readiness for new projects \& production volumes shifting. * Participates and leads in daily/weekly production meetings, and report to stakeholders and customers production status, bottlenecks and action plan to mitigate them as needed. * Supports Director of Operations in projecting monthly financial performance through Cost Management and Inventory Management. * Effectively manage direct reports through goal setting, coaching and performance evaluations. * Deep understanding of packaging production lines, equipment, and workflow optimization * Ability to implement and...
