**Summary:** The Manager, Sales Operations helps drive the ideation, planning, and execution of sales\-driving initiatives. This role partners closely with Supply Chain to keep inventory levels aligned with sales and promotional activity, conducts market research and monitors industry trends to generate ideas for promotions and revenue\-driving programs, and supports the ideation of enrollment incentives, spot promotions, and other initiatives that grow revenue. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, this role casts a wide net for ideas and market insights, then partners with leadership to narrow, prioritize, and operationalize the most promising concepts.
