About Langlai Technology Langlai Technology is a biopharma company seeking a highly organized and execution\-oriented Program Operations Manager to support the coordination and execution of multiple drug development programs across our China and U.S. organizations. Working closely with program leadership and cross\-functional teams, this person will provide hands\-on program and project management, maintain integrated timelines, coordinate communications and deliverables, and ensure consistent follow\-through across functions and geographies. Key Responsibilities \- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestone trackers, action\-item lists, and decision logs for assigned programs. \- Coordinate with functional owners to establish responsibilities and deadlines, monitor deliverables and dependencies, and track actions through completion. \- Facilitate timely, accurate communication between China and U.S. teams across clinical development, clinical operations, regulatory, CMC, nonclinical, legal, finance, and external partners (CROs, vendors, consultants). \- Coordinate program, partner, and cross\-functional meetings: scheduling, agendas, pre\-reads, meeting re...
