Position Overview: **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Facilities Equipment Engineer ensures the daily operational reliability of all facility systems supporting manufacturing. This role is hands\-on, fast\-paced, and critical to maintaining uptime across systems including but not limited to: HVAC; DIW, ROW, PCW, and CW; compressed air and vacuum, industrial gas and chemical delivery, electrical distribution, process and building plumbing, and cleanroom environments. The engineer will execute preventive maintenance, respond to urgent equipment failures, monitor system health, and partner closely with manufacturing, equipment, and process engineering teams, and facilities leadership to keep production running smoothly. This position complements the Facilities Project Engineer by owning day\-to\-day operations, troubleshooting, technician leadership, and reliability improvements.
