onsemi is seeking a highly driven and strategic leader to join the Procurement organization as Director of Foundry Sourcing, based in Scottsdale, Arizona or San Jose, California. This role is critical to leading engagement with key semiconductor foundry partners and shaping the company’s external wafer manufacturing strategy. You will serve as the primary executive interface to strategic foundries, ensuring strong partnerships, market\-competitive cost, supply assurance, technology access, and alignment with onsemi’s product and manufacturing roadmaps.
