**Purpose** The Controller oversees financial operations for the company, ensuring accurate accounting, complaint reporting and strong financial controls. This role manages job costing, project financials, cash flow, and month\-end close processes while supporting project managers and leadership with timely financial insights. **Responsibilities** * Oversee general accounting functions. * Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close; prepare financial statements and internal reports. * Track job\-level costs, progress billing, retainage, and margin performance * Prepare budgets, cash flow projections, and rolling forecasts. * Ensure adherence to GAAP, tax regulations, and operational specific accounting rules. * Partner with operational managers to provide cost reports, WIP schedules and variance analysis * Prepare documentation for audits, bonding and tax filings. **Knowledge \& Skills** * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders. * Proven ability to build effective working relationships across departments, providing guidance and support to operational leaders. * Advance...
