*Residential builder looking for an experienced Project Manager.* **Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience including complex residential projects and be adept in standard industry applications and best practices.** Position requires the ability to execute a structured approach to project management, as well as strong leadership and people skills. Applicants must be able to adapt to changing conditions, anticipate problems and solutions, and be poised under pressure. A positive attitude is a must.
