Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the financial close processes, treasury management, and internal control environments across our active development pipeline and property management portfolio. This is a dynamic, collaborative leadership role where you will partner directly with our Development, Construction, and Property Management teams to optimize cash flow, track job costs, and maintain absolute compliance with lenders and regulatory agencies.
