**We need someone who sees an inventory problem and takes ownership of fixing it.** If a part is hard to find, a location makes no sense, a count is wrong, or production keeps running short, you won’t wait for someone else to point it out. You’ll investigate what’s happening, work with the people using the materials, put a practical solution in place, and make sure it sticks. This is a hands\-on role in our manufacturing facility. You’ll spend time in the warehouse and on the production floor improving how materials are stored, identified, moved, and replenished. Cycle counts matter, but this job is bigger than counting parts.
