**About Nova Research Group** Nova Research Group is a research supply partner to labs and research organizations. We supply research\-grade compounds, and every batch is tested in\-house and by an independent third\-party lab, then backed by a Certificate of Analysis. We're an established, growing company, and we want the people who help us grow to grow with us. **About the role** You'll own every company\-side affiliate relationship at Nova. Leads come to you from our outreach specialist, our Affiliate Coaches, and direct applications. You screen them, schedule calls, onboard the right partners, and stay their point of contact from then on. It's a hands\-on role for someone who loves building relationships and runs a tight operation. **What you'll do** * Screen every new lead and application quickly, and schedule calls with the creators who fit. * Run calls that explain Nova and the program, and bring the right partners on board. * Onboard each new partner: the affiliate agreement, account setup, codes and commission, and our research\-use\-only content standards. * Be the company\-side point of contact for every affiliate, including those referred by our Affiliate Coaches. * Rec...
