**Full\-Time \| Salaried \| Monday–Friday \| No Weekends \| In\-Office** We’re looking for a sharp, organized, trustworthy, and motivated Controller to take ownership of the accounting and financial side of our group of companies. This is one of the most trusted positions in our organization. Our Controller has access to the financial backend of multiple companies and will work directly with the Owner/President. Integrity, discretion, accuracy, and confidentiality aren't simply preferred; they're essential to this position. We’re not looking for someone who simply wants an impressive title. We want someone who gets things done. Someone who notices when something doesn’t look right, figures out why, and fixes it. Someone who can manage multiple companies without letting details fall through the cracks. Someone who can communicate professionally with customers, help employees with HR\-related needs, and jump in wherever the business needs them. While this is an important position within our organization, it is not a people\-management position.
