***ROLE OVERVIEW*** The Project Manager (PM) owns projects from concept through completion and is accountable for execution, accuracy, and results. This role sits at the center of customer service, pricing, product development, graphics, logistics, and overseas manufacturing. The PM’s primary responsibility is project strategy and pricing: ensuring every job is quoted correctly, executed efficiently, and delivered on time and on spec. Success in this role requires strong judgment, proactive problem\-solving, and the ability to manage complexity across time zones. This is not a reactive role. We’re looking for someone who anticipates issues, takes initiative, and holds themselves accountable for the quality of their work. Clear, consistent communication with Customer Service and internal teams is essential.
