Four South Oncology is a 24\-bed medical/surgical oncology unit caring for patients across the cancer continuum, from diagnosis through treatment and end\-of\-life care. We are home to Idaho’s only autologous and allogeneic blood and bone marrow transplant (BMT) program and, since 2022, CAR\-T cell therapy. Our culture is built around supporting one another, learning together, and advocating for our patients, no matter your role. New RNs have extensive oncology\-specific opportunities to grow, including cancer basics, chemotherapy administration, BMT and CAR\-T cell therapy, supportive care, adolescent oncology, and outpatient infusion.
