We're looking for a hands\-on leader who knows pharmacy operations, supports their team on the floor, and keeps prescription accuracy, medication safety, and patient service at the center of the work. ### **What You'll Do** * Lead daily pharmacy operations and prescription fulfillment, including dispensing, labeling, verification, and inventory workflows. * Supervise, train, and coach pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and fulfillment staff. * Monitor quality assurance, medication safety, regulatory compliance, and patient service. * Resolve workflow challenges and address staff or patient concerns with sound judgment. * Coordinate staffing schedules and provide clear performance feedback. * Track fill rates, error rates, turnaround times, and inventory accuracy to improve results. ### **What We're Looking For** * At least **three years of management experience**. * Leadership experience...
