JOB DESCRIPTION Job title: Civil Associate \- Surface Water **Job Location** : Santa Ana, CA 92707\. Employer allows remote work for this position. **Salary:** $105,476 – 121,458 **Job duties:** Under close supervision, assist Civil Engineers, Technical Managers, and Project Managers with data analysis, computations, design and plan production on water/wastewater civil engineering projects. Assist with design, construction documents, plan production, maps, basic reports and other supporting documentation for water and wastewater engineering projects. Gather background information related to a project site which includes reviewing as\-built plans and mapping existing utility service. Produce high\-quality 1D and 2D surface water hydraulic models for floodplain mapping of individual watershed domains within the project site. Conduct feasibility studies for the construction of facilities, such as water supply systems, runoff collection networks, water and wastewater treatment plants, or wastewater collection systems.
