**Job Overview** The Valle Group, Inc, a family\-owned construction company in East Falmouth, MA is looking for a versatile **Staff Accountant** with a solid understanding of GAAP, proficient computer skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities. Candidate should be highly detail oriented and able to apply critical thinking and problem\-solving skills to a variety of situations. This position will collaborate with CFO on all company financial activities including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, forecasting, account reconciliations, and job profitability analysis. This is not a bookkeeping position. Must be experienced with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, MS Excel, and Outlook. The ideal candidate will have at least an Associates degree in accounting or equivalent work experience, and the ability to program Excel spreadsheets is a must. Experience incorporating AI into financial reporting would be a plus.
