**Scope of the Role** Day\-to\-day IT performance depends on deliberate operational management, and that is the mandate of this position. As an IT Operations Manager, You will own the systems, processes, and personnel that keep operations stable, secure, and continuously improving against defined measures. Reporting to senior leadership, the holder serves as the operational authority for infrastructure, service management, and IT process discipline, accountable for change control standards, incident escalation policy, and the accuracy and cadence of performance reporting.
