**ROLE PURPOSE** The Production Operations Manager owns the day\-to\-day flow of getting machines built, tracked, and shipped: inventory, parts procurement, work orders, and fulfillment. This role brings production management expertise and hands\-on know\-how to a small sports equipment manufacturing company. It sits between the production/assembly team, outsourced manufacturing partners, and the sales and leadership side of the business, and it touches nearly every part of the shop floor. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage inventory levels across components, sub\-assemblies, and finished machines, keeping counts accurate and current as production moves. * Own parts purchasing and procurement: place and track orders with outsourced engineers and sub\-assembly manufacturers to keep production supplied and on schedule. * Create, track, and close out work orders through the full production cycle, from parts arrival to finished, ship\-ready machines. * Coordinate fulfillment and shipping logistics so completed orders go out accurately and on time. * Serve as the primary owner of production data, maintaining seamless integration with Salesforce CRM. * Partner daily with the Warehouse Man...
