### **Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You** *This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA* Join an in\-house Brands team with expertise in hospitality, brand management, innovation, owner relations, and more across Hilton's portfolio. As Senior Director, Brand Management \- Home2 Suites, you will help grow one of Hilton's leading brands and shape Hilton's extended stay positioning. Reporting to the Vice President, Brand Leader, Extended Stay Brands, you will translate strategy into action, advance performance across key brand indicators, and lead initiatives that improve the guest experience, support owner returns, and protect long\-term brand integrity. **What you'll do during a typical day:** * Partner with the Brand Leader to shape short\- and long\-term strategies, priorities, annual plans, and roadmaps, then lead cross\-functional project plans that bring them to life. * Advance strategies to achieve KPIs and strengthen brand integrity for Home2 Suites and the extended stay portfolio.
