**Purchasing Specialist (International \& Domestic)** **Location:** San Diego, CA (hybrid) \| **Type:** Full\-time \| **Reports to:** \[Owner] **About the Role** We are looking for a dedicated Purchaser to own our sourcing and ordering process, with a primary focus on international suppliers (especially China, Taiwan, India) and a secondary focus on domestic vendors. You will be the day\-to\-day link between our team, our overseas partners, and our suppliers, making sure the right product arrives at the right price and on time. This is a hands\-on role for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and negotiates well. **Key Responsibilities** * Place and manage purchase orders with international suppliers (primary) and domestic suppliers (secondary) * Coordinate daily with our team in China, including our contact, Cindy; this requires availability during the afternoon Pacific Time overlap * Negotiate pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and payment terms with suppliers * Work with suppliers to confirm and finalize packaging details and specifications * Run and review reports in our ERP/SAP system to track inventory levels, open orders, and reorder n...
