**Area Cleaning Supervisor \- Experience Required (Part\-time)** **Essential Functions:** * Supervises staff, conducts walk\-throughs, trains personnel, opens/closes facilities securely, reports pertinent information to the Director of Operations, and conducts/orders inventory. * Follows instructions on cleaning requirements, schedule, and timeframes. Uses various cleaning equipment and products (vacuums, mops, solutions). Daily/weekly tasks include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, emptying trash, replacing liners, sanitizing phones and surfaces, dusting furniture/fixtures, spot cleaning glass, wiping vertical surfaces, cleaning/polishing chrome/stainless steel, and cleaning/restocking restrooms. * Must perform all work safely, adhering to OSHA and Company policies (safety, door lock, time \& attendance, uniform). Maintains awareness of SDS locations and wears required PPE. Responds promptly to work orders. **Job Description:** Work is primarily indoors in commercial office, medical, dental, and educational facilities.
