Overview: GovCIO is hiring for a Communciations Manager onsite in Springfield, VA. Responsibilities: * Ensures effective communication among Customer, the Contractor, and stakeholders * Develops a Communications Management Plan aligned to contract objectives * Provides proactive, accurate, timely communications on services, major incidents, outages, and changes * Tailors communication channels and content to various stakeholder groups * Defines regular communication mechanisms for planning, prioritization, performance review, and issue resolution * Coordinates with Customer program offices and business units (including FRMs), other Customer contractors, DHS components, airport authorities, and relevant agencies * Participates in Contractor\-to\-Contractor (C2C) collaboration to ensure compatibility with other providers * Identifies and resolve cross\-contract frictions (tools, processes, schedules) * Facilitates regular stakeholder engagement cycles for requirements, expectations, and dependencies * Supports Customer reporting, oversight, and strategic planning by providing requested data and artifacts Qualifications: * Bachelor's with 12\+ years communications management experienc...
