**Description** The Senior Program Manager (SPM) supports the Division CMO in the running of the Office of the DCMO with an aim of achieving the Quadruple Aim. SPM supports in areas of clinical strategy, quality improvement initiatives, care coordination endeavors, medical staff alignment, operational and emergency implementation and ongoing management of key programmatic improvement and standardization initiatives. Program initiatives assigned cover a broad spectrum to include: quality assessment and improvement; financial performance; patient care progression efforts and throughput optimization; timely care with superior experience for caregivers, patients and physicians, variation reduction in patient care delivery; and physician alignment and engagement. Administers the process of analyzing requirements and makes recommendations and facilitates system and process change as needed. Assures analysis and management of the total needs of the assigned programs/projects and sustainment of prioritized goals for the division.
