**Program Title:** GMPPU Finance Development Program (2 Year Rotation Program) **Participant Job Title:** Finance Development Associate **Location:** On\-site in Concord, North Carolina **Program Summary:** GMPPU is excited to launch our Finance Development Program. This program provides recent college graduates and early\-career professionals with broad exposure across multiple finance functions while accelerating their career growth. Over the course of two years, participants will complete rotations in three key areas of finance, gaining valuable experience and professional development opportunities. Upon successful completion of the program, participants may be considered for permanent positions within the organization.
