**JOB DESCRIPTION** **JOB TITLE**: Director of Finance **SUPERVISOR:** Executive Director **JOB TYPE:** Full\-time **STATUS:** Exempt **SALARY:** Up to $85,000\.00 Beth\-El Center (BEC) is growing and refining its organizational structure to support future initiatives outlined in the Center’s strategic plan. The Center enjoys broad community visibility and support in the region, as evidenced by its recent election as Nonprofit of the Year by the Greater Milford Chamber of Commerce. The Beth\-El Center is a 501(c)(3\) organization that provides support services and advocacy for individuals experiencing homelessness and hunger in the Greater Milford community. Through our 34\-bed homeless shelter, permanent supportive housing, food service programs, diversion services, and outreach and engagement efforts, we offer individuals, families, and veterans long\-term solutions to help them reclaim their lives.
