**Job Summary** We are seeking a detail\-oriented Accounting \& Financial Reporting Analyst to support internal and external reporting, account reconciliations, month\-end close activities, and general accounting operations for our rapidly growing cloud real estate brokerage firm. This is a strong opportunity for an early\-career accounting or finance professional with 1\-3 years of experience who wants hands\-on exposure to a scaling finance function, NetSuite\-based close processes, reporting automation, audit support, and future public\-company readiness.
